Lauren Graham To Have ‘Flash of Genius’ in October

While we bide our time waiting to see if we shall ever again see the good people of Stars Hollow (rumors about a possible movie refuse to die honorably), it's nice to catch those familiar faces now and then as they pursue other creative endeavors.

Coming from Universal Studios Oct. 17th is Flash of Genius, the cinematic retelling of a modern day David & Goliath story, all the better for being real. Lauren Graham plays Phyllis, the wife of Robert Kearns (Greg Kinnear), the inventor of the intermittent windshield wiper who took the auto industry to court when they "borrowed" the mechanism for their own cars. And won. Sort of.

Not a bad film for an economic climate where most people feel they're getting poorer and big businesses such as Exxon Mobil are raking in record profits.
